How Thrawn Plays Into The Mandalorian The Moff requests three Praetorian guards, TIE bombers, and TIE interceptors to take care of the Mandalorian thread, and throws his hat in the ring to assume leadership over the Council. Moff Gideon notes that they have to deal with the Mandalorians. Gideon says that Pellaeon and Commandant Hux have been hogging most of the Council's resources for themselves, with Hux being mostly focused on cloning work.
